Rebecca Davis was born in Calgary, Alberta. Her background is in the wine industry as a Sommelier has led her into the natural progression as a mixologist. Rebecca loves a challenge, hence the many competitions: The Calgary Cocktail Classic, Appleton Estate Bartender Challenge and Made with Love. She has apprenticed in Vancouver at Tales of the Cocktail 2012 and has attended such events as the Manhattan Cocktail Classic and is on her way to the Cointreau Academy in the fall. Rebecca is currently running a competitive cocktail program in one of Calgary’s top restaurants.
